Review
Lecture Recorder is a very good tool to make the recording of a conversation, the audio of your online class, or a call, along with the opportunity to take text notes of what is being recorded. Nowadays, most high-level education sessions either are managed online or allow students to attend the sessions with their laptops. If you have Lecture Recorder installed on your portable computer, you can record the whole session, so that you can "re-visit" the lesson as many times as you need. You can also share this with those of your friends who might not have attended that lecture.
This tool is also useful as an online collaboration tool for software developers and virtual assistance executives. Calls can be recorded using Lecture Recorder and all kinds of notes can be taken using the same interface. This tool gives you also the possibility of printing the notes you have taken or of sending the complete project (audio and text) via e-mail. Its editing features will allow you to edit specific fragments, split the recording into smaller sessions, or remove portions of the recording.
Lecture Recorder will let you export the audio file into WAV, MP3, or Ogg. Finally yet importantly, one of the best things about this tool is that you can use any input audio coming through your computer’s soundcard as the source of your recordings. |
- You can edit your own recordings.
- Accepts most computer audio output as recording input.
|
- Not compatible with Windows 7.
- Not a free tool.
